get over it, what would you have them do? not play ball? these are world class athletes with serious religious beliefs and a responsibility to full-fill, a LDS mission. maybe other schools should wise up a little bit and recruit these kids? they are obviously dominant on the field, and BYU can only take so many.

It’s good to finally see someone call out the NFL for what is is. A business… The next time someone wants to get upset at an athlete wanting to be treated with respect just remember this story. For those that think the NFL is fair and the athletes are greedy, I’ve got a few names for you. Think about what these guys did for their organization and where they finished their careers.
Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Emmitt Smith, and Zach Thomas, just to name a few…

Come on, it’s unfortunate but the NFL is a business, everyone knows that players included look at Peyton’s situation..no ones place is secure. I know the day before the duper bowl is harsh but Bill is trying to look out for the teams best interest not just one player.

Sorry, the analogy doesn’t hold Belichik is merely doing what he’s doing (albeit coldheartedly!) to help the Patriot’s chances in winning, while the selfish actions of those players mentioned certainly did nothing in helping their respective teams win (in fact,they lost)
